退貨方式：
逛花園提供海外媽媽 15 天的商品鑑賞期，若您要辦理退貨，請於收到商品的15天內，將完整商品連同出貨單、發票等隨附文件寄回逛花園，我們在收到您寄回的商品後三天內，立即為您辦理退款手續，退款金額會直接刷退至您此訂單結帳時使用的信用卡中，退款結果會以E-MAIL 通知您，若退款成功，可於下一期信用卡帳單看到此筆退款 ( 需依信用卡結帳週期而定 ) 。

In order to provide our services for our overseas customers we now offer an easy, safe, fast overseas shipping service. All overseas purchases are now required to pay by credit card online and will be shipped according to Taiwan Post's EMS service rate.

Shopping and Payment Instructions:
Please select the items that you wish to purchase and add them into the shopping cart (just as you would with a regular order). When you proceed to payment section, please select “credit card” as your payment method. The total amount of the order will be charged to your credit card in NTD (New Taiwanese Dollar). Note: You may be charged a small fee and or conversion cost if you are using a Credit Card not using the NTD. Please contact your local bank or credit card issuer for more details. |

Shipping Fees:
When we receive your order, we will package all ordered products before weighing them. Then we will calculate the shipping fees according to Taiwan post's EMS rate, and email you the cost of shipping. When you receive our email, please find the “online payment system” banner on the left side of our website's landing page and proceed to pay the shipping costs. After we confirm your payment, we will ship out your order immediately. We do however offer free shipping for any order over 2,000$ NTD order to Hong Kong , Macao and China .

After we ship out your order, we will email you a confirmation letter including your order number and Taiwan Post's EMS tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email with your order number and your questions and we will reply as soon as we can. |

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products, please send them back to us in the original packaging within 15 days of receiving. The package should include all the products that you wish to return, original packing sheet and receipt. We will issue refund within 3 business days of receiving your returns. The money will only be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase of the items returned. Upon completion we will email you when we successfully refund the money to your credit card. You may see this refund item on your next bill (depending on your billing cycle).
